MamaJewels respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your information to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. We will only use this information for other purposes with your permission. MamaJewels will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties involved in processing your order. We have processing agreements in place with these parties.

 

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE STORE?

- First and last name;

- Address and city: with the correct address we can send your order.

Payment information: To pay for your order, we use a secure payment environment. When you pay with iDeal or bank transfer, your information is stored in our records to link the payment to your order. We only use your bank account number when you receive a refund.

Email address: You'll receive emails about your order when you place an order with or without an account. You'll only receive our newsletter with your consent. Would you rather not receive newsletters anymore? Unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the newsletter itself.

- IP address: we use your IP address to remember your preferences.

 

FOR WHAT PURPOSES?

- Account: Your personal information is stored in your account. This way, you don't have to re-enter it every time you shop for a new earparty. We also save your previous orders so we can help you more easily.

- Order: When you place an order, we need your name, email address, delivery address and payment details to process your order and keep you informed of its progress.

Newsletters: You can subscribe to our twice-monthly newsletter. Your first name and email address are stored securely and will only be used to send you the newsletter.

Customer service: When you contact us with a question about our products or your order, we remember your questions in our database. This way, we can help you more quickly next time.

- Promotions: If you respond to a promotion or contest, we ask for your name, address, and email address. We use this information to conduct the promotion, announce the prize winner(s), and measure the response to our marketing campaigns.

 

RETENTION PERIOD

The personal data described above will be retained for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty claims. We then retain the data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be deleted unless there is a legal obligation requiring longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention period for payment data).
